Description
Polyamide PA12-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PA12 filament (nylon).
Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product is characterized by excellent mechanical and thermal properties.
Fiber Adhesion Technology
Fiber Adhesion technology significantly improves the strength of the Z-axis by engineering the surface chemistry of the fibres to achieve a strong fiber / matrix bond. In contrast to conventional fibre-reinforced filaments, which have a considerable reduction in the Z-axis strength, Polyamide PA12-CF offers higher interlayer adhesion compared to unreinforced PA 12.
Warp Free Technology
Warp-Free technology enables the production of nylon filaments that can be printed with excellent dimensional stability and almost no deformation. This is achieved by fine-tuning the microstructure and crystallization behavior of nylon, which allows the material to completely relieve internal stress before solidifying.

The combination of easy printability with warp-free technology makes this product ideal for making production tools.
